APPLICATION
Quality sensor based on conductivity measure exploits measurement method with AC Voltage applied on metal electrodes directly immersed into the fluid. The electrodes are inserted in an electric circuit that leads to have a voltage acquired by the microprocessor directly correlated to the liquid conductivity through dedicated calibration.
Temperature sensor inside the sensor allows the possibility to define a temperature compensation taking into account the temperature influence on the fluid conductivity. Eltek measurement method has lower cost than laboratory conductometer and it can be applied for both low and high conductivity range (0-20 mS/cm up to 0-400 mS/cm).
Main advantages:
- AC voltage measure -> no electrode corrosion due to electrolysis
- Suitable for low conductivity liquid -> Application for insulation liquid
